I find that passages in the bible have much deeper meaning than on the surface. A fine Minister once said, "The bible is pregnant. It is always giving birth". This brings thoughts of a heavenly home. Jesus dying on the cross also gives us heaven on Earth.

This is what I received from this scripture:
1. Don’t let your heart be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in me.
A. If you believe in God and me, don't be worry over anything.

2. I am going to prepare a place for you.
A. My death will open a window for you, through prayer.

3. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and will receive you to myself
A. Prayer will bring me on the scene with peace, strength, healing and prosperity.
B. Anytime you have need, ask.

4. ... that where I am, you may be there also.
A. When you pray according to what I promised, you become mighty, as I am.

In Matthew 8:8, the centurion said, "Lord, ... Just say the word, and my servant will be healed."

In John 14:12 Jesus said, "Most certainly I tell you, he who believes in me, the works that I do, he will do also; and he will do greater works than these, because I am going to my Father."

With that said, speak negatively and you receive negative things. If you don't know the promise how can you have it? Speak what Jesus said and you can have what He promised.

Having conversation online about cutting the cord(cable). Amazing how many offer illegal ways to simply watch tv when I specified, "legally". Back in the day I did things like that. It never pays to be slick. Think you're getting over, NOT. Galatians 6:7: "Don't be deceived. God is not mocked. What a man sows he will reap". There was only one time I disappointed my father. It was when I stole a $10 Mood ring from a drug store. He asked, "Why did you steal that when you had the money?". I felt (.) small seeing the disappointment on his face. Every time I did wrong, I paid for it later. Either something happened to my vehicle, home, computer, tv, health... and it cost me. That was because I was under the curse(of the law) and not the promise. Honesty truly is the best policy and not just a bunch of words. Sow bad, reap bad. Sow good, reap the blessing. Man people!!! When did Americans become a bunch of whining, "I'm offended" babies? Oh, I know when. Ne'ermind, anywaaaaaaaaay!!!

Don't get out of wack over small things. Suicide over comments from clowns on social media. What we called teasing is now "bullying". Shooting people over disagreements. smh

Are parents still teaching "sticks and stones break bones, word do not"? Or, I say "words should not". Are schools teaching this or just jumping on the whiny, "woe is me" bandwagon?

People are so touchy and offended now. Grow thick skin. Stop reading so much into things. Let loose and enjoy life.
