So, why do we need the Holy Spirit? Glad you asked. 😄

"But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and will remind you of all that I said to you." John 14:26 WEB

We need the Holy Spirit to remind us of what Jesus taught and promised. Think about this. If you remind me of what I promised, it is my responsibility to give it. If you ask for something I did not promise, it is my choice whether to give it or not. Same with the Lord. This is why it is so important to know God's Word.

"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son." John 14:13 WEB

Don't you hate when you get ready to blast somebody and God says, "Let it go"? 😠

There's a lame comment from somebody I wasn't even talking to. Just because I said I couldn't get into "The Wire", too much cussing.

#1 Sistagyrl can banter with the best of 'em. Tongue sharper than a two, no three-edged sword.

#2 No-ooobody mess with me when I'm talking about "The Shield". Results can be deadly. To their ego, that is.

#3 Boy, Jesus just saved your life. 🤣😂😎😠

Brighter side. If you're obedient to God a blessing will come. Haters expect you to respond. Not much better than not giving haters what they expect. Ha!!!

Awaiting my obedience blessing. God always reward sacrifice. YEAHHH!!! :D

Receive A New Personal Experience

Receive a new personal experience by establishing a relationship with God through the Lord Jesus Christ. You will enjoy the refreshment of a new life full of trust and belief in Him.

First you must believe that He is and that He came to restore man to His Father, God.

In order to receive the Lord Jesus Christ into your life simply repeat the following:
"Dear Jesus. I am a sinner. I ask that you forgive me. I believe you are the Son of God and died on the cross for me, and rose again. I believe that you took on my sins when you died. You said that you will give to everyone who asks. I believe I am now cleansed from my sins and have received eternal life. Thank you for saving me."

Congratulations! You are now a part of the body of Christ, a child of God. You are saved!!!

The next step is to find a bible teaching church so you can learn more about this wonderful new experience. You need to know Gods promise and how to walk in His best for you. There are many churches in your area where they believe what you have confessed above.

If you are unsure about which faith to visit, check your local phone book for a non-denomination or inter-denomination church. Many of these are bible teaching.

Also, check the television or internet for bible teaching ministries. TBN (Trinity Broadcast Network), The Word Network, Daystar and on BET (Black Entertainment TV) early am. There's lots to choose from.

These ministries will give you a firm foundation until you find your own church.
