Train up a child Pt2
Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6 WEB
Start early. Too many parents allowing children to raise themselves or children are raising parents. "I don't want to" and "No" was not allowed to be said in our home growing up.
Parents should lead by example. At some point you cut the partying and hanging out with your "peeps" every weekend and raise your children. You had them. It is nobody's responsibility but yours. Step up to the plate. God gave them to you. Make Him proud.
Who died and made me boss? God in Titus 2:
3 and that older women likewise be reverent in behavior, not slanderers nor enslaved to much wine, teachers of that which is good; 4 that they may train the young women to love their husbands, to love their children,
